Not happy with your purchase or like to exchange for another product, we understand and offer a full refund or exchange on products returned within 7 days of purchase. 

Just drop us an email to info@sonaterra.co.uk providing your full name, and order number.

 

Please note items are required to be returned in their original packaging and unused. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore please ensure they're packaged well to avoid any courier damage. 

Return postage will be at your expense unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
